The management and staff would like to welcome you to the Piker's Lodge Hotel. The Hotel is situated in the tranquil village of Lough Gowna, on the shores of the river Erne. Lough Gowna is on the Cavan / Longford border.

The Piker's Lodge is newly refurbished and is ideally suited for angling guests. The Lough Gowna Lakes covers an area of 1,800 acres (728 hectares) and is known as one of the best course fishing waters in Europe.

With twenty-one bedrooms, The Piker's Lodge is small enough to offer a truly personal service, which our guests have come to expect.

The village of Lough Gowna has been judged one of the tidiest villages' for the past number of years. Visitor's can take leisurely country strolls along developed walkways through wildlife sanctuaries amid the natural flora and fauna.

There is also much evidence of an ancient settlement.
